Cash on delivery depends on the delivery time of the courier company. Generally, door-to-door delivery and collection will be carried out 7-15 days after the order is placed.
If the product has quality problems or does not match the description on the sales page, you can send an email to the customer service [email protected] to apply for a return. After the application is approved, you will be notified of the refund, replacement and other service processes.
Under normal circumstances, the delivery address can be changed within 48 hours after the order is placed. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible to update the address. After receiving the confirmation, you can receive the delivery at the new address.
